I want to point out a blog I think you should visit – The Legal Marketing Blog by Tom Kane. This blog is about marketing your legal practice, so on the surface you might wonder what I would be doing reading it. I want to point it out because Tom’s blog is not only well written it’s a great example of the niche use of targeting with a blog done well. I think deep coverage of narrowly defined niche is one of the best remaining opportunities to make real impact if you are considering a blog.
I also love what the designer of Tom’s blog, Kevin O’Keefe at LexBlog, has done with creating blogs specifically for the legal community. There are lot of niches still waiting for a blog champion!
