I know that everyone is busy writing and reading and sharing all the prediction posts this time of year and I guess I’m no different, but I’ve chosen to focus on a few things that have been talked about for a while that I think will finally bubble up to the mainstream for small business in the coming year.

Here are my five trends:
1) Real time is big time
2) Location as plumbing
3) Filtering gets social
4) Kitchen sink on the cloud
5) Fusion boosts offline
