I’ve added a weekend post routine that I hope you enjoy. Each weekend I write a post that features 3-4 things I read during the week that I found interesting. Generally speaking it won’t involve much analysis and may range widely in topic. (Flickr image included here is also fav image of the week)

Good stuff I ran across this week

• Sales expert Jill Konrath’s free ebook 5 Essential Strategies for Highly Effective Initial Meetings. Whether you have 15 minutes for a phone conversation or 30 minutes for an online presentation, your prospect must feel like their time is well spent.
• Livestream with Procaster – a very cool software tool that allows you to easily create very high impact video presentation, using studio like transitions and then host the video live or archived on the livestream channel.
• Digsby – this very promising app (PC only for now) allows you to monitor and respond to IMs, email, and social media platforms all from one desktop application. This just might be the perfect mashup for those who are trying to keep it all under control.
