For more than two decades, I led private Christian schools through some of their most important seasons of growth, and I know what it takes to turn a vision into something that lasts.
I grew Trinity Christian from 198 to 415 students, Shiloh Christian from 714 to 1,139, and Baptist Preparatory School from 485 to 800. I raised more than $10 million for capital and program initiatives and guided schools through accreditation cycles, leadership transitions, and the hard seasons that test an organization’s resilience. I also advised faith-based nonprofits including Finally Family Homes and Oasis of Hollywood.
What I learned across all of it is this: mission-driven organizations rarely struggle because of a lack of vision. They struggle because the gap between vision and execution is wider than anyone wants to admit. Closing that gap is exactly where I do my best work.
Now I bring that same experience directly alongside boards, heads of school, and executive directors as a certified fractional CMO. Whether you are navigating a leadership transition, building toward growth, or trying to bring more structure and clarity to how your organization runs, I step in as a strategic partner who understands the unique demands of mission-driven work.
You do not have to figure it out alone. If your organization is ready to move from where it is to where it is called to be, I would love to walk that road with you.
