I’m Debbie Howard, co-founder of Senior Living SMART and a certified fractional CMO with 25 years of hands-on experience in senior living sales, marketing, and occupancy growth. I started as a director of community relations and worked my way through regional, divisional, and national roles, including VP of Sales and Marketing at Five Star Senior Living.
That operator-side experience is what makes my approach different. I know this industry from the inside out, and that shapes every marketing and lead generation strategy I build for our clients. I am not interpreting your world from the outside. I have lived it.
