Before coaching, I spent years in entrepreneurial work across retail, international trade, and manufacturing. That background shapes how I think about business. I understand what it takes to build something from the ground up, and I bring that same practical, grounded perspective to every coach I work with.
At Headway Coaching Group, I lead our ICF-accredited coach certification programs, ICF mentor coaching, and our coaching practice communities. I also lead Coach and Grow, our community for coaches at every stage of their business journey, whether they are just starting out or ready to scale.
