Session 1 – July 7th – 2pm CDT – Developing Your Point of View and Methodology
Authority isn’t something you create; it’s something you earn. You do this by crafting and holding a specific point of view – one that you can build a simple, yet highly useful methodology around.
Session 2 – July 23rd – 2pm CDT – Building Your Marketing Hourglass
Building the kind of trust necessary to command authority pricing is a process. In this segment we will cover stages, questions and touchpoints used in guiding prospects and customers along the journey from awareness to loyalty.
Session 3 – Aug 6th – 2pm CDT – Creating Your Content Platform
The right content, delivered at the right time is the true secret to online brand authority. In this segment we will discuss key content needs, considerations and tools as well as the process of mapping an editorial calendar based on the customer journey.
Session 4 – Aug 20th – 2pm CDT – Powering Your Connection Journey
If content is the motor that powers the authority journey, connection is certainly the fuel. In this session we discuss ways to multiply content via distribution, connection and earned media through online and social tools and practices.
Session 5 – One-on-on coaching session (time TBA)
Your final session will be a one-on-one assessment with one of our in-house consultants. In this coaching session you’ll get a chance to go over your authority plan of action and receive feedback on all of your course work.
Each segment will contain lecture, examples and working action steps powered by worksheets and participant interaction.
All four sessions will be recorded so you can review them over and over again as long as you like in your specially built workshop portal. (No need to worry if you need to miss a session, you can always catch up on your time.)
